Adeshile Adedeji & Co. (“AA&Co.” or “the Firm”) is a firm of Chartered Accountants licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. The Firm is duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under registration number 2247100 and operates in compliance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. AA&Co. is also registered with the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation, the Bureau of Public Procurement, and other relevant government agencies.

Adedeji Richard Adeshile - Founding Partner
Adedeji is the Founding Partner of Adeshile Adedeji & Co., a multiple international award-winning professional services firm. Before registering the firm with the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission in February 2013, he built a solid career as a financial and management consultant with various Chartered Accounting & consulting Firms, including Taju Audu & Co. (now TGS Taju Audu & Co.).
He is an entrepreneur and governance professional with progressive leadership experience spanning finance, industry, public policy, trade and investment advisory, and institutional reform. A multiple award-winning scholar, Deji has been recognised for academic excellence in several professional examinations by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Deji holds professional qualifications in accountancy at both national diploma and bachelor’s degree levels, a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment, and a Doctor of Science in Business Management and Corporate Governance. He has also participated in executive and socio-economic leadership programmes delivered by globally renowned institutions, including the World Bank Group, Imperial College London (UK), and the University of Colorado (USA).
He is a Fellow and member of several professional bodies, notably the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Over the course of his career, he has led and delivered high-impact engagements in governance, strategy, financial reporting, taxation, investment advisory, public finance, and project management. With over 19 years of professional experience, he has served in key national and international research, policy, and economic development roles. He continues to pursue local and international collaborations focused on advancing sustainable social and economic development.

Franklin Perez Olorundaisi - Partner
Franklin is a Partner at Adeshile Adedeji & Co., a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in accounting, audit, taxation, and advisory services.
He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK; the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), among others. He is a Certified Training Consultant with the Centre for Management Development (CMD).
Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and possesses extensive expertise in financial and management advisory, project management, ICT systems, SME and business development, forensic auditing, and financial investigation. He is an accomplished leadership trainer, with strong competence in teamwork and community development.
He previously worked with Haruna Yahaya & Co. (Chartered Accountants) for thirteen years, where he rose to the position of Senior Manager and Abuja Branch Head. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in projects funded or supported by reputable institutions, including the European Union (EU), World Bank, UNDP, GIZ, NEITI, NNPCL, African Development Bank (AfDB), UNICEF, FIRS, Microfinance Banks, RMFAC, CBN, and KRPC.
Franklin has undertaken numerous professional training programmes, both locally and internationally.

Oshos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Economics.
